Schedule A is the official property list for your Revocable Living Trust.
It identifies all assets you have transferred into the trust, including:

  • Your home and real estate

  • Bank accounts

  • Investments and financial accounts

  • Vehicles

  • Business interests

  • Personal property of significant value

  • Any other assets you choose to place under trust ownership

By listing assets on Schedule A, you are confirming that the trust owns them.
This ensures:

  • Proper funding of the trust

  • Smooth administration by your successor trustee

  • Avoidance of probate

  • Clear instructions for your heirs

Schedule A can be updated at any time as your assets change, without having to amend the trust itself.
